Mr. Michael Wooldridge
Mike Wooldridge earned his bachelors degree in Youth Ministries from Maranatha Baptist Bible College. He has served as Youth Pastor for over ten years at Faith. Currently he oversees the Adult outreach ministry which includes a nursing home ministry, Discipleship program and Saturday outreach. He also oversees the soul winning schedule and coordinates the Adult in home discipleship ministry. For the past several years Mike Wooldridge has been on fulltime staff at the church overseeing daily operations of both the school and the church for Pastor Noonan. Since coming to Faith, Mike, his wife Terri and their children have been active in several ministries of the church.

Mr. Jeff Schuldt
Jeffrey Schuldt accepted Christ as his personal Savior in1988 while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It was through direct contact with Faith Baptist Church that he heard the Gospel and was challenged to make the decision for Christ. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in education at Madison and was hired by Faith Baptist Church to teach in the Christian school. Mr. Schuldt has been on staff at Faith and teaching at Badger State Baptist School for over 20 years. His other roles include Bus Director, overseeing bus routes that bring in hundreds of Milwaukee’s children to our Saturday Bible School outreach program, teacher of the young married couples Sunday school class, and Boy Scout Director.
Jeff and his wife, Amy, and their 5 children are all actively involved in the various ministries of Faith Baptist Church.

Mr. Matt Kielas
Matt Kielas was led to the Lord by Pastor Noonan in 1989. Shortly after accepting Christ he started attending Faith Christian Academy which is now Badger State Baptist School. He is a 1996 graduate of Hyles-Anderson College with a Bachelor's in Assistant Pastoral Theology. From 1996-2008 Matt has been employed by Badger State as a junior high and high school teacher, he also coached the soccer and basketball teams for the Varsity teams. He became the Youth Pastor and Teen Sunday School Superintendent in 2002. For many years Matt has been involved with the bus ministry and has taught in the teen Sunday School Department. He is a preacher for the nursing home ministry and heads up the teen soulwinning ministry which is responsible for seeing many souls saved each year. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Becky and son Isaac.

Mr. Bill Smith
Bill Smith Accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 18 at the Christian servicemen center in Petersburg, VA. he served three years in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division. After his time in the service he attended Hyles-Anderson College where he received his Bachelors Degree in Education. From 1996-2008 Mr Smith taught the 5th and 6th grade students in the Christian School. He currently captains a bus route, runs the Church sports ministry and is the Deaf Ministry leader.

Mr. Paul Treloar
Paul Treloar was saved at the age of thirty-one in 1990 when a member of Faith Baptist Church working at his place of employment, approached him with the gospel. After a thorough explanation, two weeks later he accepted Christ. His wife later joined him and has served here ever since then. He has taken on many different roles as the need arose from Bus Captain for the Saturday Bible school program, teaching kids Sunday school classes and kids rally time to filling the gap anywhere that he is needed. He currently is the Local Director for Reformers Unanimous, leads the congregational singing, is Superintendent of Faiths ‘A’ Sunday school, and teaches the Reformers Unanimous Sunday School class.

Mr. Calvin Allen
Bro. Calvin Allen was born June 16, 1981 in Gary, In. he moved to Milwaukee with his mother when he was five years old. He went to many churches growing up, but never found a church home. July 4th, 1992 he met a member of Faith Baptist Church while playing on the sidewalk down the street from his house. Shortly after that he began attending Faith through the bus ministry and inner city youth ministry. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior in March of 1993. He was faithful and was then afforded the opportunity to attend Badger State Baptist School where he graduated in 1999.
After high school he attended Texas Baptist College under their Music Education program. Upon completing his studies he returned to Faith Baptist Church and Badger State Baptist School. He has taught English, Bible, Music, and Literature in the School for 7 years. He has been the Music Director here since his return, as well as directing the Overcomers inner-city youth ministry at Faith for six years. He has taught Sunday school at Faith for a total of 10 years. He is known for his music, preaching, and love for the Lord and life.
